How to I get an estimate?
Please phone the store and one of our friendly sales staff will take your information and ask what day you'll be home for the measure.
Does the estimate cost anything?
No. We do free estimates.
Do I pick out my product or get measured first?
It really doesn't matter which way you go, we can do it either way.
Can I get an rough estimate over the phone, email or while I'm in the store?
Yes you can, however, be aware that these are NOT accurate estimates as we need to see the job before we will give an actual written estimate. There are many reasons why a store "rough" estimate can change when we actually see the job.
Can I phone for pricing of a product?
Yes.
Can I phone to see if you carry a particular product or if I don't see the product I want on your website?
Yes you can but please have a manufacture and product code available to check. There are many products on the market and we cannot carry them all, as well, some products are an exclusive line to a specific store.
Why don't you list pricing?
Our pricing, stock and order-ins, constantly change and it is impossible to keep them updated on our website. Also, since we are offered specials from many of our suppliers our stock pricing also changes so we can keep passing that savings onto you.
Do you have financing?
Unfortunately, no. We tried it once but found no one used it and just paid by credit card.
How do you expect payment?
Once you have accepted the estimate we require 50% down and the balance is due upon installation. This allows you to hold back some of the payment to make sure you are satisfied with our work.
What if I have a problem?
We are a family owned and operated business and as such our reputation is very important. If you have a problem, for whatever reason, please bring it to our attention. Please talk to the salesperson who handled you sale first and they will talk to the installer of your product and arrange a time to view the issue. This is why we give you a one year workmanship warranty on all our installations, to allow you time to see if any issues my arise and be given time to fix them to your satisfaction. If there is some problem with the product itself, then we will contact the appropriate salesman for that product and make an appointment with you to look at the item.
I've had work done at your store before and would like to request a specific installer again, can I?
Of course you can. However, please be aware that not all our installers do it all, as some are carpet specialists, others are carpet and vinyl specialists, and some are hardwood and tile specialists. We do have a couple of crews that are able to do it all. But, if the installer can do your next job we would be more than happy to have them do it for you.
Can I just purchase the product and have someone else install it or do it myself?
Yes you can. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have on any of our products.
What if I'm not sure what is the best product for my application?
Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff will be more than happy to help you choose a product that will fit your budget for your application. Feel free to contact our store or come on in and let them show you what we have in stock or can order-in for you.
